Pay via The Start Kite: Seniors £5, Non-BOF Senior £6, Full-time students &; working-age unwaged £2.50, Junior (20 & under or Family group shadowing their juniors) £1.50. Senior on the Short Course £1.50.

Insurance: From 1st Jan 2026, if you’re not currently a member of British Orienteering, you won’t be covered by the organisation’s public liability insurance. You’re very welcome to take part, but please be aware that you do so at your own risk

Personal Information: When entering events your personal details (name, age, gender, club) will appear in the results section on this website. It may also be used to contact you regarding this event including to trace missing runners and hired SI cards.

Notes

Entry: Entries will open about 3 weeks before the event on The Start Kite. Enter before end of Tuesday 27th January to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: These are possible via Start Kite, but after 27th January will depend on map availability. No cash entry on the day.

New to Orienteering? If you are new to orienteering, please make yourself known to the organiser at registration and advice will be available.

Terrain: Complex university campus.

Start and Finish: both close to the Car Park.

Courses: Details will be available in early January.

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.

Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

Winter League
The 2025/2026 LEI Winter League consists of 8 events taking place from November to February. They include night and daytime events, urban and woodland events. See Winter League for the full list of fixtures and points system.
