Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via The Start Kite depending on map availability. No cash entry on the day.
New to Orienteering? If you are new to orienteering, please make yourself known to the organiser at registration and advice will be available.

Terrain: Typical urban. However, some areas of grassland and muddy paths may be encountered and may represent the shortest route, but other path routes are available. Shoes with grip recommended. There may be snow and ice.
Keep an eye on the website in case inclement weather forces late cancellation. Emails may be sent via information from The Start Kite entries.
Distance to start/finish: not far from the car park.
Course lengths: Straight line distances given below. Optimum routes will be up to 25% longer than these.

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.
Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Winter League
The 2024/2025 LEI Winter League consists of 8 events taking place from November to February. They include night and daytime events, urban and woodland events. See Winter League for the full list of fixtures and points system.
