Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
The Organiser will hold a First Aid kit and a defibrillator.
Please Note: There are streams/ ditches on some optimum routes mainly flowing north into ponds, some of these have rocky bridges on the stream bed. The same symbol is used for these as for narrow wood dams. The wooden dams across the watercourses are crossable with care though might be slippery when wet. In dry weather the water courses are dry.
There are road crossings on all courses and many roads have bends. Take care crossing any road however minor it may seem.
