Car Park: Hardstanding car park with a 2m height barrier at the entrance. A grass overspill car park is likely to be in use. Reasonable capacity but also will have non-orienteering vehicles. Additional parking is available nearby on adjacent roads.

Terrain: Almost flat park with hard surfaced paths and firm ground throughout. Mixture of open fields and semi-open woodland with typical urban park obstacles (fences, hedges, benches, play equipment, uncrossable water courses).

Start and Finish: Adjacent to the car park.

Groups: Due to the sprint character of the event, sharing the park with other users, and the actual layout, groups should get in touch beforehand, and will also be started as a block to avoid interfering with individual runs.

Sprint Courses: Three 1.7Km courses: A (long legs); B (medium legs); C (short legs); plus Paths only for beginners. These are combined to form 4 options –
