Entry: Entries are open on The Start Kite. Enter before end of Wednesday 26th November to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via Start Kite, but will depend on map availability. No cash entry on the day.

Parking: With the large take up for this event, please arrange car sharing with fellow orienteers to reduce pressure on parking spaces.

Terrain: Mixed woodland, tracks and open hillside with rock features. (see safety points below).

The East Midlands League is a series of events in each calendar year. Individuals gain points towards their League position. More information on the EMOA Website.
Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.- This is a public park. There will be dog walkers throughout the area and many dogs will be off their leads. Runners, cyclists and horse riders may be on the multi-use track.
- Competitors with health vulnerabilities are advised to carry a phone.
- Please ensure you finish before the event closing time, to avoid the need for a search party.
- Wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions.
- A whistle should be carried.
