Notes

Entry: Entries will open about 3 weeks before the event on The Start Kite. Enter before end of Monday 4th August to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via Start Kite, but after will depend on map availability. No cash entry on the day.

Parking: Free car parking at Lutterworth College, Bitteswell Road Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4EW

Registration/Download: Lutterworth College 100m from the main car park, additional parking will be available at the college bus stops. Please take care crossing the road (Bitteswell Road) from the car park to registration.

Distance to Start/Finish: Approx 300m from registration. The route to the start re-crosses Bitteswell Road

Terrain: An extensive area of complex housing estates and public buildings, parkland and playing fields. Some busy roads. (see safety points below).

Control Descriptions: Printed on the map, and available loose in the start boxes.

Start: Please ensure that you have cleared and checked your SI/SIAC cards before you start. Remember to punch at the start box.

Courses: All courses are available for all orienteers. However, if you wish to gain points towards the EMUL, you must enter the course for your age class.

The East Midlands Urban League is a series of 8 events in each calendar year. Individuals gain points towards their League position with their best 4 results counting. More information on the EM Urban League Website.

Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
The Organiser will hold a First Aid kit and a defibrillator.
Please note:
Take care crossing roads. There will be time-outs and marshalls at the busiest road crossings.
