Format: We will start indoors with a fitness element and potentially a skills practice outside depending on the weather.
Activity This week : Anatomy of a mistake (looking at CSC mess up) plus so indoor ankle training
Kit: Outdoor kit, headtorch plus Indoor kit, eg trainers.
