MapRun: The control sites have no visible controls. Instead the Start, Finish and all control sites are identified by a GPS signal on your phone. The signal can be received within a few metres of the feature marked on your map. Advice and assistance will be available for anyone new to MapRun.
App: All participants need a smart phone with the MapRun6 or a Garmin Watch with the MapRunG App. Download App.
Urban: Complex area of housing with some open areas and many alleyways.
Training Emphasis: Fast map reading and decision making, whilst also keeping track of your position on the map

Courses: Sprint style courses suitable for newcomers as well as experienced orienteers. Choice of courses:
Short 2.2km; Medium 3.8km; Long A 2.6km; Long B 2.3km, measured on optimum route
