Due to the presence of the fun fair and existing high levels of vandalism in the park, the courses will use the permanent course markers only, with an SI timed start & finish. You will need to bring a pen to mark your control card!


Short: 1.8Km

Medium: 3.7Km with one map exchange

Long: 6.3Km with two map exchanges

Note that the courses are continuously timed rather than separate courses!

Summer League 2017
The 2017 LEI Summer League consists of 19 events taking place from April to August. They include long, score, sprint and urban events. Your top 10 scores count on the league table. Summer League

Suitable for Beginners?: Beginners are welcome. Please arrive early and preferably let the organiser know in advance so that you can be sure to get advice from an experienced orienteer.
Large Groups?: If you intend to come to our event as part of a large group, eg Youth group, Scouts, Cubs, Athletic or running club, it would be helpful to let the Organiser know in advance. This ensures we can have enough maps available for you and avoid disappointment.
