Notes

Summer League Presentation: The event will be followed by a social gathering and presentations to the Summer League winners at the Bagworth WMC.

Entry: via The Start Kite and now open.
Student/unwaged discount code: R341.
Enter 3 days before the event to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to The Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via The Start Kite depending on map availability. No cash entry on the day.

Terrain: Mixture of woodland with variable runnability, paths, contour features and some open land.
Due to the summer vegetation, most controls are on or very near paths and TD2 difficulty.

Short course: Length 2.1km; Climb 35m; 7 controls.

45 Min Score: 24 Controls; Double side map, odd controls one side and even controls the other.
Score course: Complete as many controls as you wish on one side of the map before turning over and doing the same on the other side. Do as little or many as you like but once you've changed control type (eg odd or even) you cannot revert back. 10pts per control, max 240 pts, with 10pts deduction for each part minute over 45 mins.

Mass Start: at 6.30, everyone should be on site by 6.15 and ready to start at 6.30.

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.

Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
