Club Night Venue: For 4 weeks in March the Club Night will meet in the Community Centre, Mayflower Close, Markfield.
This weeks focus: Map memory exercise, indoor or outdoor
Terrain: Indoor gym. If weather OK, can include outdoor urban and parkland.
Kit: Indoor and outdoor clothes and shoes ( no muddy shoes inside). A head torch and compass as well.
Format: We will start indoors with a O-style fitness element and potentially a skills practice inside or outside.
