MapRun: The control sites have no visible controls. Instead the Start, Finish and all control sites are identified by a GPS signal on your phone. The signal can be received within a few metres of the feature marked on your map. Advice and assistance will be available for anyone new to MapRun.
App: All participants need a smart phone with the MapRun6 or a Garmin Watch with the MapRunG App. Download App.
Urban: Residential area and a mix of grassland and wooded area on the old golf course.

Medium A misses out four controls from Medium. All courses except Short include (the Old Golf course).
