Training Day at Cademan and Grace Dieu
LEI Seniors: As there has been very little interest from LEI Seniors, the day will instead concentrate on the EMJOS juniors led by Dai Bedwell.
There will be a collection of different exercises focusing on a range of skills
Who can take part? Training will be to TD4/5 level i.e. Light Green and upwards. So will suit anyone who is competing well on Orange, as well as those competing up to Brown standard.
Arrival Time: Please arrive around 10am for a 10:30 am start. As we will be based away from the car parking, we may be difficult to find after we have left the car park.
Coaches Dai Bedwell(EMJOS)

Terrain: mainly woodland with rock and contour features. Rather overgrown with bracken and brambles, but these can be avoided.
Parking: at the rear of the Bulls Head Pub, Thringstone.
