Saturday 25 November 2017 Winter League 3 Hicks Lodge (& Saturday League 3)

Notes: Car Parking: Pay and display charges £3 all day or £2 for 2 hours. All orienteers are expected to park in the east car park and display a parking ticket.

Facilities: Cafe and toilets. Also children’s adventure play area.

Winter League
The Winter League consists of 8 level D events taking place from September to February. They include night events, weekend daytime events and Wednesday events during half term week. Your best 5 results count for the league. Trophies are given for Men Open, Women Open and Junior.
There is usually a social venue (pub) for competitors meet afterwards.

Suitable for Beginners?: Beginners are welcome. Please arrive early and preferably let the organiser know in advance so that you can be sure to get advice from an experienced orienteer.
Large Groups?: If you intend to come to our event as part of a large group, eg Youth group, Scouts, Cubs, Athletic or running club, it would be helpful to let the Organiser know in advance. This ensures we can have enough maps available for you and avoid disappointment.
