Fees: Seniors £5.00, Full-time students £2.50, Juniors (or Family group shadowing their juniors) £1.50
Electronic Punching: SI Dibber Hire: £1.00 (LEI members can collect vouchers towards card purchase) – Contactless SIAC available
Notes: Juniors and Inexperienced: Not suitable for juniors below W/M16. Anyone unfamiliar with running TD5 should stick to the Short Course.

Kit: People will need to bring a good head torch with well charged batteries (a spare torch is also advised), and trail running shoes appropriate for muddy /boggy ground. Gaiters advised due to presence of bramble and holly. Whistle mandatory, cagoule might be if the weather is wet.

Medium: 3.1km 130m
Long: 4.9km 155m

Other safety issues: Medium and long courses will cross terrain with crags, and occasional animal holes. Extreme care should be taken particularly when running downhill. Ground expected to be muddy and slippery in places. Area used by dogwalkers, and occasionally bikes and horses, so take care.

Car Park: If the Broombriggs car park is full please try to park further to the North East on Beacon Road. Utmost care must be taken not to block resident’s driveways.

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.

Winter League
The 2019/20 LEI Winter League consists of 8 events taking place from October to February. They include: night events, urban events, Saturday events and Wednesday(half term) events. Your top 4 scores count on the league table.

Large Groups: Large groups (Youth group, Scouts, Running club etc) should let the Organiser know a week in advance.
