Notes: Start and Finish: are adjacent to the car park and we will not be crossing the external roads. Although I have mapped the new extensions (doubling the size of the park with 100,000 trees), we will only be going into the edge of this as they are still doing fencing and planting.

Courses: Shorter than usual as there are some legs that are a bit further being around the lakes.

Winter League
The 2019/20 LEI Winter League consists of 8 events taking place from October to February. They include: night events, urban events, Saturday events and Wednesday(half term) events. Your top 5 scores count on the league table. Trophies are given for overall Winter League winner, top placed woman and top placed junior.

League table:
Your score is calculated as:
Long: 100 x average time for the top 3 competitors/your time
Medium: 75 x winner’s time/your time
Short: 35 x winner’s time/your time
The scores are then multiplied by an age class factor.
Unlike the summer league no points are given for attendance.
