Notes: Activity: Stretches and flexibility chinese style
Activities are suitable for all levels of experience, so beginners are more than welcome.
Clothes and kit: Indoor gym shoes and clothes. Outdoors clothes, footwear and torch may be needed. Glenfield Pavilion has changing rooms and showers for those wishing to change on site (before/afterwards).
Glenfield Club Night: This is an opportunity for all members and prospective members to get together with fellow orienteers. A varied programme covers fitness and/or orienteering skills. The club usually meets at the Glenfield Sports Ground, but when weather and light allows will go to woodland or park terrains.
