Short 1.8km 15m climb

Medium Norwegian 3.1km 55m climb
Long Norwegian 5.9km 95m climb

Controls SI for Start and Finish, with cards to mark at controls. So both SI dibber and pen required.

Norwegian Loops: i.e. There will be a set of 3 or 4 controls to remember for each loop. You can memorise these or copy them onto a blank map as you wish.

Winter League

The Winter League consists of a number of level D events taking place from September to February. They include night events, weekend daytime events and Wednesday events during half term week. There is usually a social venue (pub) for competitors meet afterwards.
Trophies are given for Men Open, Women Open and Junior.

Suitable for Beginners?: Beginners are welcome. Please arrive early and preferably let the organiser know in advance so that you can be sure to get advice from an experienced orienteer.
Large Groups?: If you intend to come to our event as part of a large group, eg Youth group, Scouts, Cubs, Athletic or running club, it would be helpful to let the Organiser know in advance. This ensures we can have enough maps available for you and avoid disappointment.
